Hi ya! I'm Ashlee, and I live in Madison with my husband Tyler and son Finley (3). I moved here 4 years ago from Queens, NY where I was a full time wedding photographer. Now, I work part-time as an audio-book editor, FULL time mommy, and occasional photographer. I have been lucky enough to photograph some MAEVE members and their littles! When I do have some spare time you can find me watching some reality TV, true crime series, or picking up a book. But, let's be real... I’m probably scrolling TikTok or shopping online for my kid! Being a board member for the third year and now President I am excited to expand our community, what it means to be a member of this community, and to SHOW UP for all of you! I've met and become friends with so many of you and it really has been an absolute joy to be a part of this MAEVE community!!

Hi, I’m Darian Whitson. Originally from the PNW. I live in Inglewood with my husband, Brian, and our 2 year old daughter, Maeve with our son, Cyrus, born in July! I work supplemental as an RN at Centennial Medical Center. But I am mostly a stay at home mom! I love going for walks and runs at Shelby or in the neighborhood. I’m still trying to find my yoga practice again. I’m always reading something, preferably with a glass of wine.

As a family, we love being outside and you can find us on the trails near town or working in the backyard. We’ve now been in Nashville 3 years, and I’m thrilled to find such a strong community of mothers and families. I’m very much looking forward to serving Cumberland North another year and meeting more of you!

Hi, I'm Lindsay! I live in Inglewood with my Husband, Brian and son Milo (2). I’m originally from Akron/Cleveland, Ohio, but have been in Nashville for the last 15 years. I’m a software engineer by day and a craft enthusiast by night.

You’ll see me around East Nashville, grabbing a coffee, thrifting in Madison, and trudging across town to restock craft supplies.

MAEVE has been an amazing way for me to find community - I can’t imagine doing motherhood without a village!

Hello! I’m Charity and I live in Inglewood with my little guy, Silas (4yo). I work full-time in educational publishing. You can find me at an aerial silks class, strength training at the Y, reading a million books, and attending as many mom's nights in/out as possible. I love serving on the Cumberland North board because I am passionate about encouraging moms to show up for themselves and one another and build a strong community.

Hi mamas! I am Jess and I live in South Inglewood with my husband Joe and daughter Harper (2yo). I work full-time in media/advertising. Nashville has been my home for the last 3.5 years, having moved here from Chicago. When I am not hanging out with my little bestie, you will find me drinking a cappuccino, riding my Peloton bike or exploring Nashville’s food scene. I am passionate about supporting and cheering on other women and especially moms. We all have a common goal in caring for our little ones and all have personal goals as well, I want to be a resource for you in both as your board member!

I'm Kat Bair, and I'm so excited to be returning to the board this year! I'm a mom to 18 month old twins, Nixon and Violet, and consult part-time for churches and nonprofits. The twins and I love being out and about, so you can often find us at the dirt park, the splash pad, the library, or the zoo (my husband works from home and is also known to crash a playdate here and there)! MAEVE Cumberland North has been such a lifesaver for me in this first year and a half of parenting, and I would love to help you build supportive connections and deep community with us!

Hi! I’m Sarah Milke and I live in Inglewood with my partner, Milo and our two kids, Myles (4) and Nara (2). We moved here many years ago from Brooklyn where I got my start as an Interior Architect focusing on bar and restaurant design.

When Myles was born, I started my own design business so that I could have flexibility around the kids’ schedules. You’ve probably enjoyed yourself in a space that I designed around Nashville! When I get free time, I enjoy paddle boarding, gardening, art and crafting projects, and a glass of wine with friends. We have no family nearby so Cumberland North has become my village. I have found so much support and friendship in this group of women and it’s helped me feel less alone in my motherhood journey. I look forward to extending that village and support to more moms!

Hi everyone! I’m Catherine and I live in Inglewood with my daughter Maeve (2) and husband Chris! We love our little pocket of the community and have lived here since 2018. I work for an environmental nonprofit and spend my free time reading books, exploring Nashville’s parks, and checking out new food spots! I am excited to grow Cumberland North’s community service opportunities this year.

My name is Emily [in Nashville- not Paris]. My husband Cody and I have a 3 year old, Owen Thomas, and a 6 month old, Carter. Cody and I are from Austin, Texas. I am a recruiter at Amazon and Cody is a country musician. All I want to do in my "spare time" is take care of new moms. Many other moms have taught me how to be generous and I love paying their kindness forward.

Hi!!! I’m Anna and moved from Arkansas to Nashville 9 years ago with a college boyfriend turned husband (2020), turned baby daddy (2023). My son’s obligatory name is Jerome Bonaparte Pillow IV, but you can call him “Jay”. I’m here because a casual game of Bunco somehow ended in VP of Programming…? My personal passions are: women supporting women, moms supporting moms, not driving further than 15 minutes away, Bunco, having a calendar of optional stuff to do, and not having to fully commit to all hangs or feel bad about bailing. Luckily, MAEVE checks all of those boxes and the awesome women and families I’ve met are a huge bonus! Anything else? Oh! We live in Madison.

Hi! I’m Erika and live in South Inglewood with my husband Frank, son Herbert (3) and golden doodle Teddy. I’m originally from NY and moved to Nashville 6.5 years ago. I work full time in software product management and I own Board & Cheesy, my little side hustle charcuterie business. In my “free time” you can find me at the Y or a local fitness class, trying a new restaurant, or chaotically co-parenting at a local brewery. I’m excited to join the board this year and bring more moms together into a community that has been invaluable to me both personally and as a mom.

Hello! I’m Candice, mama to Grady Joe and wife to Clayton. After living in six different states, I finally chose Nashville as my forever home and it’s also where I met my husband on Broadway (so maybe you shouldn't leave them Broadway girls alone). I work full-time in tech as an Account Manager, helping brands advertise on Connected TV. I’m high-energy (thank you, ADHD!) and passionate about staying active working hard to become a Pilates princess. Before having kids, I dreamed of seeing Greece, so my husband booked the trip and I was pregnant one month after the trip so maybe there is something in those Greek waters. As the Community Advocate for MAEVE, I want to help moms feel more connected to each other, to the city, and to all the amazing things Nashville has to offer. I’m so excited to support and grow this community with you!
